—The AlphaGroup is a team of scientific and medical affairs communication specialists supporting AlphaBioCom, AlphaScientia and AlphaQsci agencies.   The company is made up of PhD scientists, MDs, PharmDs, nurses, designers, communication and innovation experts.

Their collective genius delivers the highest-quality scientific, medical affairs, and outcomes communication services anywhere in the world.

FOEs Against Discrimination

1. All staff to be offered discrimination and sensitivity training program

—History of discrimination in the US

—Impact of discrimination

—Sensitivity and appropriate/inappropriate language/conduct

—What to do if you witness prejudice in the AlphaGroup of companies

2. FOE Partnership to be created and led by employee volunteer council

—2/3 person committee

—Twelve-month assignment to include:

o FOE initiative and action planning

o Attend a conference

o Initiate and implement 3-4 FOE programs across the AG across 12 months

o Paid position. Committee members to receive $8,000 for year’s commitment in addition to regular position

—Volunteers to prepare pitch to management team to demonstrate commitment and drive for inclusion within committee

—Identify a charity, organization, or person to support financially through AG philanthropic efforts

3. Suppliers and Sourcing

    • AG is actively seeking to source supplies and services from minority owned providers
